• Dispute Evidence: Images, descriptions, and communications submitted during the dispute process
• Communications: Messages sent to our support team

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken on the platform
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
• Monitoring Data: HTTP responses and content availability checks performed on submitted URLs as part of our Smart Proof-of-Retention system

• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, monitoring)

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Rate limiting and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
