- Dispute Evidence: Images, descriptions, and communications submitted during the dispute process
- Communications: Messages sent to our support team
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken on the platform
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
- Monitoring Data: HTTP responses and content availability checks performed on submitted URLs as part of our Smart Proof-of-Retention system

- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, monitoring)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

- TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit
- JWT-based authentication with httpOnly cookies
- Rate limiting and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Payment card information is processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) and is never stored on our servers.
